Continuous wellbeing follow-up
The measurements exist. The follow-up doesn't.
The ring, the phone camera and the watch already measure. InsurIA Wellness gathers it all into one continuous record and compares each person with their own history — never with everyone else's average. In senior care, in the clinic, at work, in sport, at school.
The same care, in each context's language
One platform serves the clinic, the company, the club and the school. The vocabulary changes; the person stays at the centre.
In the clinic
patient
The record is already written when the patient sits down in front of you.
At work
employee
The programme sees the group. The employee sees themselves.
In sport
athlete
The athlete's trend against their own history of training and recovery.
At school
student
The student's sleep and routine, followed across the term — not in a single snapshot.
Every app keeps a graph. Nobody keeps the person.
The ring says one thing. The scale, in another app, says another. The watch, a third. Each with its own account, its own graph, its own incomplete story.
A single reading says almost nothing. One bad night is an episode. Six weeks of nights are a pattern.
A population average describes everyone and no one. A value that is ordinary in one person is a change in another.
And between one encounter and the next, the person gets on with life. A slow change doesn't announce itself. It accumulates until someone notices late.

One single record
one person's continuous story, in one place
Ring, camera and watch — finally together.
The person measures however they already do.
A ring worn overnight. A one-minute face reading through the phone camera. Whatever the watch already sends to Apple Health or Google Health Connect. And anything worth writing down by hand.
Everything lands in the same record.
The ring, the camera and the watch stop being three separate apps. Everything becomes one continuous story about the same person.
The comparison is with the person themselves.
Over time, instrument by instrument. Your ring is compared with your ring, never with an average of other people. What you see is the trend: the wellbeing score, adherence, what changed against the person's own history.
One minute in front of the camera
The face reading happens on the device, and what leaves it are numbers. No image of your face ever reaches our servers — not because we promise not to look, but because there is nowhere to store one.
The reading prefers daylight, with the light in front of you — and the app guides you at capture time, before it measures.

What enters the record
The metric list depends on the device, not on our catalogue. The app shows exactly what your instrument sends — so you know what you can count on, from day one.
Numbers we put our name to
None of these is a promised outcome. Each is a mechanism of the running system — and it can be checked.

Where this stands today, said plainly
Most sites hide this section. We put it on the front page, because that is how the rest earns the right to be believed.
Capture is continuous and sync is automatic, hourly. If the phone is out of reach for a while, nothing is lost: the ring keeps the last days in memory and everything is recovered afterwards. A delay costs freshness, never completeness.
This is a trend and adherence platform. It is not an alarm system with a guarantee. Anyone promising guaranteed alarms on top of consumer devices is promising what the hardware cannot hold up.
And it does not replace assessment or guidance from a health professional. The record exists to make that conversation better, not to take its place.
Your own normal, computed from your history
Personal bands exist and run in production: derived from the person's own distribution, instrument by instrument — your ring compared with your ring. It is what makes comparing you with you possible.
What we do not say: that those limits replace a doctor. No threshold enters clinical use until a health professional examines the evidence and signs beneath it — and it is that professional who answers for what a colour means.
Privacy by absence
The strongest privacy claim is not “we don't look”. It is “there is nothing to look at”.
Whoever pays sees the group, never the person
This is not a screen that declines to show names: the sponsor profile holds no permission to see anybody, the data layer returns them no row about a person, and a group result exists only from five participants with data. Below that, the answer is absent — not zeroes, and not how many are missing.
No image of the face, anywhere
The reading happens on the device, and what leaves it are numbers. That is not a policy, which could change. It is an absence: there is nowhere to put one.
One organisation never sees another
Not a setting somebody remembers to check: isolation between organisations is part of the system itself, verified on every change.
An audit trail that cannot be rewritten
The audit and billing ledgers cannot be altered. Not by internal rule: the database itself refuses the change, even from an administrator.
Erasure is a single operation
On request, at any time. What is destroyed and what survives pseudonymised is written down and tested — waiting on no period and on no goodwill.
Retention with a declared end
Our commitment: 24 months after follow-up ends, and no longer than that.
Hosted in Brazil, with no trackers
The data is hosted in Brazil. And this page practises what the product preaches: no trackers, no cookies, no requests to third-party services — even your theme choice stays on your device.
You join a programme by redeeming a code and signing in with your own Google or Apple account. Nobody registers you, and the consent for each kind of measurement is yours, separate, and revocable from inside the app.
From an occasional visit to a continuing relationship
Follow-up turns the occasional encounter into a relationship that continues — with a record already written when the person next sits down in front of you. Start with a conversation. Bring the hard questions: the trust page is our side of the answer.
