What we say, what we don't say, and why
This page exists for your due diligence, not for our marketing.
Every claim points to a mechanism
A sentence only appears on this site when the thing that makes it true exists in the running system. When we cannot point at the mechanism, the sentence is not published. For you, that means something practical: when you take this to legal, to your data officer or to the board, the sentences will hold.
No outcome numbers
You will not find improvement percentages or reduction promises here — and that is deliberate. Any number on this platform is something it measures and reports for your organisation, never a result we claim to have produced. When your numbers exist, they will be yours.
Privacy as absence
The strongest privacy claim is not “we don't look”. It is “there is nothing to look at”. No image of the face reaches the servers, because there is nowhere to store one. One organisation's data is never visible to another. Audit and billing cannot be rewritten, because the database refuses. Erasing everything is one operation, on request, at any time. And the retention commitment is plain: 24 months after follow-up ends, and no longer.
The limits we publish
The face reading prefers daylight, and the app guides the person at capture time. The metric list depends on the device, not on our catalogue. Sync is automatic, and a delay never loses data. Personal bands enter clinical use only under a health professional's signature. This is a trend and adherence platform, not a guaranteed alarm. And it does not replace assessment or guidance from a health professional.
The words pass a test
We describe what was measured, never what it means. In Portuguese we say “acompanhamento”, follow-up, because that is what this is: walking alongside, over time. And that does not depend on style or good intentions. An automated test sweeps every string in the product, and the wrong word blocks the release. You can hold us to it.
What does not exist yet
Some of what we want to build is not built yet — and it does not appear on this site as if it were. The rule holds for everything you just read: if it says here that it exists, it exists.
If any sentence on this site does not hold up in front of your legal team, your data officer or your board, we want to be the first to know.
